They should. I mean I know this guy that got a kurig at a thrift store for 5 bucks and when it broke he called and they replaced it with a brand new updated one. Worth a try
it should still be okay, just see what they can do for you. that's an expensive product, I'd hope they would have good costumer service @ourlittlefamily0520
