it really makes me sad seeing how many women want to self induce before 40 weeks or even at all for really no reason . to each their own i guess . idk why anyone even thought pregnancy would be easy or easy on your body anyways to want it to be over before baby is ready .

Before u become pregnant think of this Do I want to be uncomfortable as hell for 40-42 weeks? Do I want to be in horrible pain for up to 14-16 hours even longer Can I handle pushing a big ass head through my vagina Can I handle this with no pain meds(sometimes u can't make it in time) Do I want to go to the hospital 10x before I'm actually in labor. Because inducing your labor at 32-37 weeks for your own selfish needs or getting a csection to do it the "easy" way is just plain selfish and FYI a csection is no easy way out. Maybe cause u Dont go thro labor pains but if you r getting a csection to cut out the most rewarding part because u quit frankly Dont want to be in pain your selfish as hell I've had csection n vaginal So Dont come for me BEING INDUCED IS DANGEROUS TO YOU AND YOUR CHILD! LET BABY STAY IN AS LONG AS POSSIBLE IF BABY IS HEALTHY THIS IS COMING FROM THE MOUTH OF A WOMEN WHO DELIVERED A SON AT 19WEEKS NOT BY CHOICE AND WHO HAS TO GET SHOTS ONCE A WEEK TO CARRY MY BABYS!

I've seen girls on here at 31 weeks talking about they don't want to be pregnant anymore that it's uncomfortable. Then going on saying they are trying to induce labor.... I'm just like WHAT ARE YOU CRAZY!?!? I feel only a professional should make that judgement call in inducing. Not yourself. Inducing yourself can cause fetal distress. And without being hooked up to monitors you would never know.

I want my little girl to bake as long as possible but Im being induced at 36 weeks at the latest because of my health :( but I wish she could stay in full term. I don't understand why anyone would wanna have their baby that early! there are so many risks.

I agree! I don't think people should be trying to self induce with castor oil or stuff like that! I'm getting medically induced at 39weeks well 39weeks and 2days but that's because my hospital is 1hr and 20mins away plus it's hard for my husband to take off of work and our closest family or friends lives 3 1/2-4 hours away from the hospital and I have two smaller children(1&2) that need to be watched. I been in so much pain this whole pregnancy but I been sticking it out this whole time and dealing with it.

my blood pressure and weak cervix is my problem but I would love to let nature take It's course instead of all this happening but why try if you are perfectly fine?

theres a huge difference between self inducing and medically inducing . or if the baby naturally comes early . my midwife told me i better not even think about self inducing @jennatess @81516mommy2be

@jennatess, well ya lol, because they can't control who has or doesn't have babies sadly...some people aren't ment to carry a child, especially if they want to try and induce labor before baby is even fully developed.

it happens tho ! at least you actually want your baby to make it full term . i pray every night i make it to 40 weeks or a little over but not to the point i have to get induced @briezzy . im sure everything will go perfect tho and i wish you luck !

I told my doctor to put me on blood pressure medication and it isn't helping with my blood pressure I tried all my options before I agreed to the induction I wish people would understand they come when their ready, unless there's a medical reason!

Girls all over are doing this! Using Castor oil and being stupid, I am forced to be induced today at some point when the hospital has an open bed, & I'm really depressed about the hospital even inducing me 😔

only reason induxeing has come up with me is im at such a high riak of still birth and my son is so big and my contractions are increasing rapidly. but im not inducing unless the dr says he wants to.

i heard castor oil is really really dangerous . i just dont think it should be done unless a professional does it for a medical reason . but like you said , to each their own @kaidens_mommy . i just see so many women at 32 and 33 weeks asking how to start labor and it boggles my mind .

I agree with you on like castor oil?? dumb!!.. and shit like that. but if you're just walking a lot and doing squats at 39 weeks (full term) alright. to each their own!
