my boyfriend texted me saying that we done we broke up And he not coming back but he still in the lease with me I can't take him off the lease but himself I have texted him since we broke up if he can take himself off the lease he said no now that I put him on child support and I have negotiation conference hearing upcoming on the 27th and he report to the landlord that I be kicking him out the house when I didn't kicked him out he the one who took all his stuff and left the landlord told me I can't kick him out cause is his house too now he came back to the house what should I do since I have negotiation conference appointment scheduled I don't want when we go up there the judge to say why he have to pay child support since he live with me and the only reason why I fill child support is just to get him off my lease I been through a lot with him never thought he will come back and now that he is back he bring another woman to my house he said is his house too I can't tell him to not bring this woman to my house

what self respecting female would let a dude take her to his babymama's house, knowing they live there together. i just say you make his life hell until he gets off the lease. like talk to his mama or something. make him feel hella shitty.

when he brings a girl over, make sure you're there with the kids and ask him to do shit for the kids in front of her. then start up a conversation with her or something. just make life super uncomfortable for him there.

@blessmama21, if you work, I know there are places here in SC that go by your income. Also, the DSS here (from what I heard) can build you a house from ground up.

I'd proceed with the child support and see if you can take yourself off the lease! I wouldn't want him or some other girls coming in and out of my house. I'm sorry that your going through that! Stay strong it will work out.
