so after AF leaves in a few days I want to start tracking my cervical fluid. I've never done this so is there a easy way to track? I'm planning on getting a Basal thermometer this weekend

update Levels have dropped to 50. I'll do follow up bloodwork to track it down to 0

If you use your finger it's better. They say Insert two finger but me myself I can't it's hurts I use pointer or middle .
