Is it normal to have a lower milk supply on the first day? I've pumped for 20 minutes at a time each session and gotten a total of 10-20 ml each time. I've also been breastfeeding throughout the day. I'm wondering if it will increase as time goes on.
I've texted my midwife 7 times (different occasions) asking about some concerns and been ignored each time, how professional
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
6 weeks and 48 days left till I have my third c section and I still nervous each time lol 😩😬
I've done almost 100 squats throughout the day, I do 20 at a time and let's just say my legs, back and butt are soooorrrreeee!!!!! 😫 booty gonna be looking right though 😂 I also do other exercises but I'm proud of the amount of squats I've accomplished today lol
Tried putting little man down 4 times so far tonight with screaming each time 😔 I hope this doesn't become a habit. He sleeps so well in the day, why is night so much worse?
Your body will adjust your supply according to your babies' needs. They really don't need much at all. As time goes on your supple will likely increase and different nutrients will adjust as the baby grows.
