HELP ME PLZ.... i have the worst cramps through out my who stomach and my lower back.. like serious pain
.... im almost 5 months and this is the first time this has gone on... plz tell me this is normal..

I have had that multiple times throughout my pregnancy(although I am having twins) I went to the ER and everything was ok. I do suggest a quick call to your doctor but there is no need to rush to the ER UNLESS you have bleeding along with it
