how long after you lost your mucas plug did you go into labor? I'm pretty sure I just lost mine. I'm 31 weeks with twins and have an appointment at 3. Should I still call my doctor?

I have bleeding gums pain on the left side of my mouth and little white dots on the side of my cheeks. Is this gingivitis or is there something else it could be? Anybody have ideas?

Ok so I need advice, Wednesday I went into Labor and delivery because I was feeling a strange pain that came about every 30 minutes to an hour.
