Haha I bet you're ready to pop out that baby! But yes, the core is the most important part, which is why fresh is better since most cans or the plastic little cups only have the cut up outer parts of the pineapple.

fresh pineapple, it has less sugar than the can pineapple . and fresh pineapple is always better tasting in general 😊🍍

Fresh. And you can always cut up the core and put it in a smoothie or blend with water to make pineapple juice if you dont wanna eat it hard!
