i had High blood pressure with my first and I lowered my salt intake by 50%. I started feeling a lot better. I never realized how much salt was in stuff I was making for lunch and dinner. salt can play a big role in blood pressure. @pol055

Sounds like the beginning of preeclampsia, and the only cure is giving birth. Until then, you manage symptoms and take it easy. So stay hydrated, keep your feet elevated when possible, and try to relax.

they never gave me meds. but this time around my high risk ob told me to take baby aspirin. ask if that'll help at all. also try keeping your feet up cuz you can get reallyyyyy swollen

i ended up having to get induced at 32weeks because of it :/ i was super swollen
