it was VERY painful for me but I wasn't dilated or anything so I wanted to see if that would help and it seemed to work for me.

I lost pieces of mine at 31 weeks @mommyof5kayla so you should be good. I just know its normal, when there is blood it means labor is getting near, like really near lol.

Yeah everyone is different but I just turned 36 weeks today and I was getting pains last night and now my mucus plug is starting to fall out @shelsynikkol

it could be everyone's is different. but I wouldn't be worried if I were you now if you start having blood in it then I'd go to the hospital immediately. the way mine was is I had to wipe a few times, but I was loosing a lot of it.
