3 days pp , is it okay to refrigerate my breast milk this stuff is golden being its just now coming in ... I need any tips I've never breast fed before

I recommend freezing it if you are just breast feeding and not bottle feeding. That lasts up to six months but make sure you date it and know how many ounces you have
You can, but it won't last as long as it would frozen. I think it lasts 3-5 days in the fridge.

Is there any mommy's on here that used to be or is on Government Assistance? And knows if they cover breast pumps?

Because I have to be on mental health medication after birth I am unable to breastfeed😔 what are some good formulas for babies? I know breast is best but I can’t be on the medication I need and breast feed.
