does your baby have any symptoms? acting any different? i definitely would not wait to call his dr (if they have a 24 hour help line) or to ask someone at the hospital... meningitis is a very serious thing- bacterial isnt as contagious as the common cold or flu... viral is more contagious...symptoms develop within hours to a couple days... goodluck momma

thats what i thought im just not sure when he got it byt gound out today thats what it is and he was over about 4 days ago

I'd bring your baby in asap just to be checked. they can watch baby for a while to make sure symptoms aren't developing. a spinal tap will tell you for sure but they might just observe before that. meningitis is highly contagious and dangerous
