So I totally disregarded the advice of the lactation consultants and didn't pay attention to my posture while nursing and now my neck is killing me on the right side. Any tips to get it feeling better?

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

Prop yourself up while nursing. I use baby's boppy and pillows behind me. A warm compress and rolling it should help it out.
