any ladies have ideas on how to get rid of Charlie horse's? I've had one all night and thus morning and it won't go away I've walked and rubbed it and nothing helps

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

@arivera64, I've been eating bananas like crazy over the week and drinking plenty of water and milk which I thought would help and get rid of them

hmmmmm....not sure. I'm happy to say I've never really had many charlie horse issues before.

Alternate stretches with massaging it. (Sometimes you have to hold the stretch for a bit to get the muscle to relax) Ugh hate them.

Are they in your calves? If so, flex your foot immediately when you feel one coming on. Should stop it in its tracks. Only thing that worked for me.
