However if you're pumping your colostrum will come first or if you're breastfeeding keep putting baby to breast. They will eat the colostrum and it'll help your milk come in faster
Lactation Consultants say the actual milk usually doesn't come in between 3-5 days after birth

It was about 4-5 days for me. I was a ftm so it may take longer.
The colostrum that comes out the first couple of days is plenty enough for the baby. Their bellies are only the size of a fingernail, so not much fits in there anyways. I think mine came in about 5 days after I had my baby
