So yesterday I ate a handful of grapes and two chunks of watermelon, that's it...the last three days I've eaten about the same amount. I just puke everything up, and I haven't been able to drink anything at all except a couple swigs of water yesterday😶 will this hurt my little nugget? I try to eat but I just can't 😶

It's pretty common to have a hard time eating in the first trimester. you could even lose quite a bit of weight but as long as you stay hydrated you should be alright. try preggie pop drops. they're little hard candies that helped me a lot this pregnancy. they sell them on amazon and I think babies r us.

try some Pedialyte to get hydrated. The freezer pops are super nice when nauseous. I hope you get a prescription soon.
you better than me cause I couldn't even keep water down. all I told my doctor was that I think I throw up to much
Yess i hope so too ! It wpuld save you alot of money not going to the hospital.. Even tho the pills do cost 150$ & just 20pills 😒😒 well for me tho i have no type of insurance but they work hope you feel better !

my first trimester and some of my second I lost thirty pounds from being like that. I was scared but my doctor said all was good with the baby. They did prescribe me nausea medicine which helped a ton. Maybe you can call your doctor and ask if they can give you something. I hope all works out!!! @mypreemieprincess
Both of pregnancy i couldnt keep water or food down i threw up constantly! Always felt bad & i was dehydrated i told my clinic n they prescribed me some meds called diclegis . They work ! I feel better havent thrown up n i eat good i just dont have an appetite but ig thts just me
well doctors don't try to over prescribe while pregnant. and most of the anti nausea meds are category C drugs. if you haven't ate or drank anything at all in 2 days I'd say that warrants at least an urgent care trip.
@mypreemieprincess, haha yeah, my doctor is being lame about giving me meds, they refuse to unless I take unisom and b6, I took that yesterday and just kept throwing it up, and OTC stuff doesn't work either. I'm scared about getting dehydrated, really don't want another hospital trip lmao😅
you definitely need to try and eat more. if you're not eating and drinking you run the risk of dehydration. and no food is no energy that baby needs to grow. I'd go in and get anti nausea meds or something. no food or fluids for 2 days isn't good
Don't get dehydrated, or you will end up in the hospital. Try and carry water with you at all times and try small sips.
