For all breastfeeding moms...
What do you all eat to ensure that your baby is getting enough nourishment and what do you avoid eating?
I asked the lactation consultant at the hospital this same question when I was talking to her after I had my baby and she told me I can eat whatever I want! I always heard that if you eat certain foods they can make baby gassy and she told me stuff like that is all old wives tales! Obviously it's best to still eat well but you don't have to be walking on eggshells when it comes to what you eat while breastfeeding :)
What would you do with $25,000
If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?

(Thread Closed) 12week scan of my identical twins- got my 20week scan in 5weeks but not finding out what sex they are. But just for fun what do you all think? :)
What do YOU judge
Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?
starbucks
What do you get?

What do you all think? Do you see it or am I tripping..
Yes ^^ what @emkasting said , regardless of what you're eating your body makes exactly what your baby needs! This is why women who are basically malnourished in 3rd world countries can breastfeed! The only thing that changes based on your diet is the types of fats, like good fats vs bad fats, so you can try to eat more stuff like avocados, etc., but it's not a huge deal. And obviously you should still take care of yourself, but you don't have to stress about it in terms of affecting baby or your milk supply! S
