For all breastfeeding moms...
What do you all eat to ensure that your baby is getting enough nourishment and what do you avoid eating?
You just need to get enough calcium so it doesn't come out of your bones.
@meboom01, I'm kind of concerned about the dairy thing... my best friend's baby is now found to be allergic to cow milk... maybe I could just do soy then.
Take vitamin d. They highly recommend that. Also drink at least 3 8 oz glasses of milk a day so they get enough calcium.
Look up recipes on Pinterest. I know lots of oats and spinach helps milk production.

If you received an extra $25,000. What would you do with it? ?

What do YOU judge
Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?

What do you get?

What do you all think? Do you see it or am I tripping..
