For all breastfeeding moms...
What do you all eat to ensure that your baby is getting enough nourishment and what do you avoid eating?
You just need to get enough calcium so it doesn't come out of your bones.
@meboom01, I'm kind of concerned about the dairy thing... my best friend's baby is now found to be allergic to cow milk... maybe I could just do soy then.
Take vitamin d. They highly recommend that. Also drink at least 3 8 oz glasses of milk a day so they get enough calcium.
You should also try mother milk tea and keep taking your prenatals while breastfeeding. I need to talk to the consultant that I was given by babies r us.
