So my mom doesn't want to be called grandma bc she thinks she's to "young" for the name lol and I said nicki was cute since her name is Nichole but she doesn't like that either any suggestions on names other than grandma grams etc 🤔

my mom made up a name she wants my child to call her. she doesn't want my baby to call her grandma because she thinks she's too young to be a grandma (when she's really not). I think being able to see your kids have kids is a blessing, so if my time ever comes to be a grandma, I'll boast the title proudly, but hey whatever floats her boat
My Grandmother wants me to name my daughter Christina...I have a little cousin named Christina that is named that bc of my grandma. It's my grandmother's middle name. She was sad when I told her no, she needs her own name and EVERYONE can't be named Christina. 😐

well my daughter called my mom NeNe cause she couldn't say Nana when she was a baby. It stuck and its cute. Also since your moms name is Nicole it really goes with it well.

my mom goes by meemaw. I've heard others go by mimi, nana. Google has a lot of good suggestions as well :)
