anyone use a sitz bath after giving birth?

I did to help heal around some stitches after birth.

I'm about to try it out for the first time I'm scared it's gonna hurt lol

Lol I understand! I think I felt a little sore but not any big pain if that makes sense

it still stings like crazy when I pee even when I use the peri bottle so I'm hoping this don't hurt as bad @mommagotbump16

After the first minute or so it should get better. You can do it! Lol.
