So all the lactation consultants and studying I've done says during the day to pump every 2 -2 1/2 hours. I did 2 1/2 for a couple days and quickly went to 2 because my breasts would be full. Now I'm full before a full hour passes and am pumping about 130ml every pump at the least. Is this considered overproducing?

I think so it just sucks. you wanna be able to make enough to feed & store but making too much can be so painful & cause so many problems.

it sucks. i know what I'm pumping now is average it's just harder to keep up when i work 10 hours or more sometimes.
