Hi my period was due on Sat, started having some cramps on Sun then had a speck of blood Mon night Tue started bleeding but it's more slimy and dark brown red with odd specks of fresh blood but only light bleeding,had really bad stomach pains and diarrhoea then today it's stopped tiny speck of blood this morning nothing since and still getting odd pains in my stomach? normally I bleeding for 5days and are regular I'm still breastfeeding my 20month old but only odd feeds not sure if I should get a doctor's appointment or not as its not like me to only have one day bleeding did a pregnancy test and it's negative any advice?
