I was sent home last night from L&D around 3 am. I was having contractions every 2-5 minutes for the last 3 days. I was also bleeding due to loosing my mucus plug so quickly. The contractions were strong and excruciatingly painful when I went in and kept getting stronger; but I wasn't progressing quick enough. I was not even a finger tip dilated.

When I was told I was going to be sent home I started crying. They gave me sleeping pills and Tylenol to try to ease the pain and try to sleep through the pain. I kept waking up to intense contractions that remained 4 minutes apart & I'm exhausted.

They want me to labor at home; I'm in pain. Pain that is stronger then anything I have ever felt. My body was created to do this, I know I can do this but another part of me just wants to go to a different hospital.

I'm a FTM I have no idea what I should do.
