Can you take hot baths while pregnant? My body is so sore and nothing's helping... I did with my first but not until the last few weeks...

i do my baby loves it she moves around the whole time!! lol

You just have to make sure its not too hot on your belly because it can over heat the baby.

you have to watch the temperature even if the water is not over your belly. I would try a warm bath with epsom salts.
