Ladies bit embarrassing has anyone else sneezed and what they thought of wetting themselves?!?! I didn't need the toilet but there is a puddle 🙈🙈🙈 37 weeks today!

Yes and I thought it was my waters went to the hospital for them to tell me it was pee 😂😂😂

You can pee yourself if you sneeze and your pregnant because dont have control over the muscles/they are more relaxed from being pregnant :) Midwives advise you to do pelvic muscle exercise to keep them nice and strong :) Xx
