Has anyone experienced weight gain after weaning from breastfeeding? I only had 7lbs left to go but I weaned two weeks ago and since then, I gained 3lbs even though I'm dieting and exercising 6 days a week! I'm so frustrated

After my son. It's just your body trying to fix itself. Try avoiding too much sodium as well.

@rapunzel_304, have you experienced this? Does it go away on its own or can I control it with stricter diet and more exercise?

How much weight has everyone gained? I'm at 31lbs at 30 weeks.

mommabee37 @kisha, oh yeah the nausea with this one was ridiculous it just let up at 18 weeks.

weight gain

I'm up 26lb at 30 weeks. Honestly, super proud of that. I gained 70lb with my son. 10 weeks left to keep it going.

I think I'm up about 30pounds at 29w3d ... and I know I've still got more to
I'm up 26 pounds to. I gained 50 with my first. Hoping to keep the weight off
I'd take 26 :-P I'm up 32 (although, my starting weight of 122 is usually first thing

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

Weight Gain

What week are you and how much weight have you gained so far?

36 weeks 14 pounds but seem to be gaining faster suddenly? Makes me nervous!! My poor skin.
37 weeks 42 lbs.
30 weeks ive gained 30 pounds

I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
