pretty good. didn't get pregnant until I had stopped using it for about two months! didn't effect my supply either... in fact... I'm 30 weeks preggo and still nurse my 2 1/2 yr old to sleep.

I'm on the mini pill but after I had my son I had the depo shot and I do not recommend it, it killed my supply. I was pumping 2 1/2 ounces then got down to just getting 5ml! and I still can't even being on the mini pill for a month smh

I think the depo shot is okay

I never recommend depo or nexplanon. if you plan to breast feed you will want the mini pill it's the best and won't harm your supply.

@lovemyson215, I will never use depo in my life again worst BC ever. but I'll try the mini pill even tho I'm horrible at taking pills
