That says you have cysts. They do not see any evidence of anything in your uterus. They cannot determine if there was an ectopic pregnancy or not, but the debris they saw could indicate that it's possible you may have had one the resolved on its own.

im not a doctor but its basically saying you have cysts on your ovaries they Dont see any proof of pregnancy in the uterus nor in your tubes

@motheroftwojk, what does this means..... there is fluid and debris in the anterior cul de sac which was present on the previous study etiology is indeterminate. this may Bethe residual of previous blood products.there is simple bilateral ovarian follicular cysts that measures 5mm to 10mm in size and appear unchanged .. there is no decidual reaction to indicate an intrauterine pregnancy. a definite ectopic pregnancy is not seen by this study, however the fluid and debris in the anterior cul de sac may be the resorbing ectopic pregnancy

The decidual reaction is the set of changes in the endometrium of the uterus that prepare it for implantation of an embryo.

you stated that they said there was NO decidual reaction to indicate an intrauterine pregnancy && said a definite ectopic pregnancy is not seen meaning (no your not pregnant) I'm sorry , sounds like you have some cysts and fluid surrounding them but luckily the cyst haven't grown since the last time you been checked

after re reading it its exactly what @angylynn22, just stated . they Dont see any sign of a pregnancy in your uterus but that you may have some cysts && the fluids and debris that you have may look like a ectopic pregnancy..

its saying theres definitely no pregnancy in your uterus and they didnt confirm that you have an ectopic pregnancy but there are some blood or tissues that look like you could. & that you have ovarian cysts but they havent grown since whenever your last check was.

it seems u have a few cysts on one or both ovaries and while they aren't stating the diagnosis as ectopic pregnancy, they are suggesting with the fluid and debris that it could very well be so

have they done a ultrasound && seen the baby in the correct place it kinda sounds like you may have a ectopic pregnancy meaning baby might be in your tubes (which will be life threatening for you to continue to stay pregnant) but they can't actually determine from the study they preformed if its a actual ectopic pregnancy or not
