when I was 19 before I had any of my kids I had a miscarriage I didn't know I was pregnant or that I was having a miscarriage because I have really bad cramps with my period it wasn't until I went to the bathroom one day and heard a plop in the toilet checked and saw little tiny arms on a bloodclot that a suspected that I had a miscarriage I stopped bleeding the next day when I planned on going to the emergency room I didn't have insurance so I changed my mind and I found out I was pregnant less than a month later I don't know if I got pregnant right after I miscarried or if I was going to have twins that wasn't identical I heard it's possible, to this day it's a mystery to me, and sometimes it bothers me cause I think I know why I miscarried and I couldn't have asked for help but I didn't smh

I miss carried on August and started trying in October was pregnant end of November

I got told I had to wait one cycle before trying again. I didn't get pregnant till a year later.

I miscarried in April last year and was pregnant again by June and my son was just born happy and healthy in march. They usually recommend waiting at least until your first period.

I don't know from experience but I heard at least 2 months.
