Does being induce hurt? Can you share your experience with me
It wasn't the worst thing ever, but not something I want to repeat lol. Started with the cervidil around midnight, still wasn't dilated far enough by 8-9 am so started pitocin then. OB broke my water kinda early to help and I had to stay in bed after that. Then my son turned so I started having back labor on top of the more painful pitocin contractions 😕 Ended up getting an epidural (which I didn't really want but didn't think I could keep going) and the stupid thing didn't even work. Pushed for 20 min, and my son was born just before 3. 😊 Like I said, wasn't the worst, but inductions tend to be one added thing after another (and not something I personally wanted).
they took him 10 days early though (decreased movement) he was just lazy @foreverlaquan
I was induced with my son and that Cervidil sat in my cervix for 12 hours and did NOTHING lol they finally started my Pitocin and got the contractions started. that finally kicked things off, after a few hours of trying to take the contractions, I got my epidural. it eased the pain, but i still felt pressure. I could've sworn i could feel his head coming out (it wasn't 😂) when I was finally ready to push, i pushed for about 45 minutes (he kept sliding baaaaaack in, lol) because i couldn't eat in labor, I kept drinking soda and ended up vomiting while i was trying to push 😷 terrible right? lol being induced isn't THAT bad though
It's more annoying then anything.. I was induced with my first, i had cervadil which didn't work and then they used pills they shove on up there. Basically for me it was like anytime someone came in the room soemthing was either getting shoved in or coming out of my crotch 😒 don't be scared though just stay calm and relaxed (easier said then done I know) good luck 😊😊
