One one asked a it fenugreek early and I commented on their post. Can't remember who! But if you smell like maple syrup you've gotten the right dosage. Just thought of it cos I kept smelling maple syrup and was confused then I remembered I started fenugreek again
I started taking Fenugreek to see if it would actually boost my milk supply. My armpits smell like I rolled around in pancakes drenched in syrup. That maple syrup smell they describe is no joke. I don't know if it boosted my milk supply yet but, it did make me want pancakes 😭😭😭😭.
