Felt like period cramps to me. Had them only in the third trimester

I was 23 weeks or so when I first got Braxton hicks and they feel like your stomach tightening and relaxing..literally what happens is how it feels

@bentleysmomma, I started feeling period like cramps that extended all the way across my abdomen up to my belly button. I was literally doubling over in pain. Braxton Hicks or did I have a few too many ice cream sandwiches last night?

Most people say "they shouldn't hurt just uncomfortable and tightening in the stomach" but that's a damn lie lol because mine hurt like a mf. Mine feel like period cramps sometimes like lightening bolts, I felt them around 20 weeks and they only have gotten worse

I'd like to know too!
