I use deep heat pads. they are amazing and Dr said I can use them xx

Don't put too much on in one go, as I got my oh to plaster my back in it, and I regretted it ten minutes after ahah, just put a little on The area that hurts wait five minutes and wait for it to tingle and if you need more but a little more on :) @jod1303 xxx

ill talk to a pharmacist cos im sure theyre like the same but one is hot and one is cold lol. i been looking up online some say its ok some not. thanks for the help though 😘 @lauren1996

Not allowed to use deep heat no, but there is one that you can use and I've been using and it's actually works I've been in agony see, it's called deep freeze I think it's good @jod1303 xxx

Same I've been using it for ages and I'm fine. I use deep heat and hot water bottle ☺️

@keeley, no idea 😕 i get really bad back from my previous labour and use it regular but ive heard it isnt safe in pregnancy
