Yea if I do pump I get 2 to 4 ounces per boob after I have already fed him but without feeding him though I can get around 10 ounces per every few hours //: so way more than my 1 month old needs in a feeding!

I was like that for two days and now I pump 5-7 ounces during the day and 10 in the morning but I've never been told I overproduce or make lots of milk.

Yea the lactation consultant checked it and said it was perfect. just that my body is over producing. I was told I was built to nurse twins hahaha @bellahali

Yea it's so horrible I have been getting them since Aidan was 3 days old. I have such a big oversupply. The lactation consultant said thst my supply should be slowing down soon but doesn't seem like it. I try showers, expressing, compresses and even cabbage leaves in my bra @mamesey @nanifice

Omg yes. I had mastitis for a couple days and it was so bad. Finally better today. I'm sorry Hun :( I hate when that happens!!!

steam showers help. they did for me and now I do it even if I don't have them, just in case.
