My fiancé just went back to Texas and Monday he flies out to Kuwait for 2 months and then he comes home and sleeping alone isn't gonna happen well. I went to be past 11:35 and woke up at 3:43. I just want him back in my arms already. 😭 what killed me even more inside is when he landed in Dallas and got to his hotel room he called me and before we got off the phone he accidentally spilled that he cried the hardest he had ever cried (well second hardest but still) during the WHOLE trip (over 2 hours) because he was having to leave me and his unborn child. I guess him shipping over seas is a good thing since we will need the extra money to get married and get a house. On the upside, I went to start price checking stuff and pretty much have everything down that I will need and want for my lil pumpkin. Well back to trying to get some sleep, good night y'all (btw this is my fiancé and I)

I know how it is @pumpkinspice, my husband has been in Kuwait for 2 months now and still has 5 more left and he won't be able to hold our baby until he's 4 months old 😔

@soon_2_be_mom_of_4, no she drives me nuts and she won't let me do anything I want she is even forcing us to throw a wedding when we don't have the money and we would just prefer to go to the court house :/

We are gonna have the doc give my mom the paper saying the gender and we are gonna do a gender reveal photoshoot since my mom is a photographer
LOL. Those words are always the truth, "the army being stupid. Even being a former soldier, it kills me when he does his drill for two days. I can only imagine two months. That is so cute thou, at least yall get to find out the gender together.
He will only be gone for 2 months cuz the army is being stupid but I still miss him like crazy, I'm 7 weeks tomorrow so we will find out the gender when he gets home
I am sorry. It is tough, but dependinf on the service. he gets a week to two weeks leave, to come home for r and r if it's a year deployment. Also he may be able yo get shipped back when you give birth. When my unit and husband deployed, and I was left at the unit in the rear detachment. A couple men came home to see their babies born, but we was both army. Best advice I can give as a former soldier, and a military wife is to find some friends military or not and keep yourself busy.
