I never had lightning crotch so not sure Lol

but it could be from pressure from baby sitting on nerves. if you get on all fours with your booty in the air (Lol) it encourages them to move off the nerves. :)

I don't think it's that.. It's almost feels like when a body part falls asleep @mylittleprincess unless that's what lightening crotch feels like lol
