okay so whenever i go out my boyfriend drives and i sit in the back with my son. i'm wondering for those mamas who drive alone, since i haven't done it yet. what do you do if your baby starts getting fussy?

yeah. I read what you said. I was saying I cant, she screams and never calms down.
@kattastrophe, I was saying if you had to drive yourself alone with no one with you but you and the baby. :) when I'm in the back with him he's completely fine. but I haven't driven alone yet so no idea how he would be by himself and that's scary.

I have to sit in the back seat with my daughter because the only thing that will calm her down is stretching a boob into her mouth lol

Yeah, nothing will stop her from crying 90% of the time. I pull over if she starts to hyperventilate. But this baby cries about everything if she's not in my arms. So usually pulling over won't help at all because she'll just go right back to crying
@mamesey, so then if your babies fussy you just keep driving even if the lullaby doesn't work?

The mirror doesn't work for my baby so I just play a lullaby. There's not really much that works with my kid tho. Even the lullaby doesn't work half the time.

@mamaash, yes! have you looked into getting those baby rear view mirrors ! it helps a lot (: makes me freak out less too.
@mommytomia_, this is zeke when I'm in the back with him he just knocks out bc of the car motion. but I just haven't driven him myself alone while he's in the back by himself. makes me a little nervous. if he were to wake up and im not able to stop.

@mamaash, my baby actually never gets fussy when I drive because she falls asleep to the car moving motion.

I was SO nervous when it came time to do that. But now if my son gets fussy, I just talk or sing to him and he calms down. But he loves car rides so he's usually always calm.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I make sure I have a pacifier clipped to her strap, that usually does the trick. If not I just keep driving.
