Micro Preemie: Born before 26 weeks or weighing less than 1pound 12oz
Caleb is a Micro Preemie born at 25weeks at 1pound 5oz, he still struggles with his weight gain and reflux. He is 8 1/2 months old 5months adjusted weighing 12lbs 10oz. Caleb is my miracle child and Im so Thankful for him. To me Caleb is getting so big so When folks say "OMG he is so small" you dont even know the half of what he has been through just to get to this point.

Nope they don't. She's 18 months and is now 20 lbs she just started wearing 12 month clothing a week ago. Her bottoms she wears 6-9 sometimes even 3-6 depending the brand

I totally understand where your coming from my daughter was born 2.7lbs at 29 weeks and everyone is like she's so tiny and in my eyes she's huge compared to how small she was
Caleb is in 0-3 and some 3-6 month clothing and he's 8months now. He's healthy now also just this stupid reflux
