Hey guys. So morning sickness has taken over. But it's not me throwing up or anything. It's just me have tummy aches and nausea. It's mainly when I'm hungry or trying to eat. Does anyone have any advice on how to handle it. I know I need to be eating but the last week or two I barely eat.

I was the same. I would get those crackers with a small amount of cheese or pb and those were and still are a great snack when I'm feeling empty and sick. Drink as much water even if it makes you sick . Do your best to get lots in you !

I carried around crackers and Cheerios and ate when I felt like I could. Just take it easy and eat bland food. Smells are gonna mess with you for a while 😁

It was hard for me to find anything that helped me, but ginger tea is supposed to help, they sell these ginger hard candies at Walmart, smelling a lemon for when you are trying to eat.
