yikes! been dialated to a 4 for a week now. now my boyfriend seems to have the stomach flu. I'm so worried.

Don't stress momma! I was dilated to a 5, having contractions and they began pitocin and it still took 3 days for me to fully dilate. Just relax and enjoy the time you have and don't stress, as much as you can!
