You can get strips to test alcohol levels in your breast milk :)

Here's a chart I use although I bought test strips and I tested after I had a 16oz beer with dinner and my milk was fine so I use the strips now. Pumping and dumping does not remove the alcohol from your milk. It needs to be metabolized so only time will remove it.

KellyMOM is a good resource. As long as you can drive, it is safe to breastfeed. Not a lot goes in your milk. Also if you don't do it often, it is fine. Especially if the baby is a little older. Like 4+ months.
