i did early on in my pregnancy but theyre doing the test again in a couple week

I tested positive at 17 weeks for it

they just did mine at my last appointment and got my results today. why do they test for it so early sometimes? @kaileenicole16

they want to get it out of your system before you give birth

Probably I'm assuming not sure though cause my nurse just called after my last apt and I don't go back till the 9th so I will have to ask then

I had it with my son and was tested in my first trimester and had it Dr said can't do anything until I'm 6 mouths because the antibiotics can harm the baby unless I want the antibiotics when I'm giving birth like I did with my son.
