if she's been constipated and has projectile vomit just tell them that you think she has an allergy. my Dr prescribed nutrimagen (milk) on a trial but she seemed worse. I ended taking her to out of hours gp at the hospital. they sent her to the children's ward who gave her a suppository to help her poo...didn't work. I took her back the next day coz no change and they got a dietician who gave her an even more basic milk and now she sees a dietician regularly. she's still sick. has been prescribed ranitidine but isn't Woking so she has another appointment where I'm going to insist on something else for sickness. you have to he forceful and if one gp fobbs you off try another one. my gp was instantly willing to try and see if it was an allergy. we saw a paediatrician for a few reasons and he basically looked at me like I was an idiot and said 'babies are sick' I know the amount that she's sick isn't normal though so now I'm seeing someone else ! x

my daughters wind makes laying on her tummy painful. she hates it. they can prescribe milks for babies with allergies. the cows milk protein is broken down so easier to digest. they can also. prescribe anti reflux milk. it's worth speaking to. your gp or health visitor because she might have symptoms of allergy or reflux that you didn't know we're symptoms. my daughter was constipated from birth. everything I read said allergies cause diahorrea but the Dr said it sounds like an allergy. you just have to keep pestering them to try things x

We have tried all of that unfortunately @jodiec 😔 she spits dummys out and the fast rocking keeps her quiet for about a minute. Playing music helps a little and she likes the sound of the dryer but only for 10 mins. Just feel really bad for her being so uncomfortable x

@tuftyturtle, changing to a hungry baby milk helped the sickness a little, is there another prescription milk you could try. I've been told to start weaning at 4 months too, i know what you mean, it's all quite frustrating and upsetting x

My son was severely colic have you tried a dummy??? And we switched to anti colic bottles and sleeping on he's front I got a breathing monitor for he's Moses basket and he slept on he's tummy was the only way to settle him also rock him back and forth when you wind him like quite fast my nan taught me that and it worked wonders xx

I just don't think she's ready. and she has so many problems just digesting milk I don't want to add to her stomach troubles ! xx

have you spoken to gp? she could had an allergy. my daughter is also really really sick and nothing is stopping it 😔 her dietician told me to start weaning at 4 months but

gripe water says from one month. also look up fennel tea. I have no idea how to relieve trapped wind. I've done everything that should work and my daughter suffers terribly. I think it's her milk but can't change it because it's prescription

they can have gripe water at a month old xx

Cradle her in your arms...:) with her belly pointing to the floor and rock her back and forth gently xx
