I've lost 7 pounds! I think getting off the pill REALLY helped, condoms suck, but! I'm down to 178, all I need is 13 more but I think I'm gonna shoot for 20 still. I've been juicing in the morning a veggie juice and a light lunch and early dinner with snacks thru the day, I have a ob app on the 16th I'm hoping I'll be down to 166 which would be pre pregnancy weight. I'm gonna start the military diet tomorrow, so FINGERS CROSSED! I think my goal as of right now is 160 but I'd like to see myself at 140, it seems kind of impossible at the moment but I'm trying and babe is helping, going jogging with me every day. I just really want to feel okay again....
How's the Military diet going? Those tend to be so intense! Have you heard of shakeology? It literally has saved me! Message me. I think you would benefit from it!
