My baby 4 days old and my milk def came in. I have huge huge boobs and there all swollen on the inner part and like shaped different now and feel hard and like there is hard stuff in there?? It hurts so bad. And I haven't been pumping much at all because so time consuming and he had to be on formula since born ..... My boobs hurt so bad ... What's gunna happen if I don't pump or breastfeed to my boobs

You could get mastitis. Are you planning on just doing formula?

you could try to get baby to latch, he still may, if you wanted to, or pump and give him the breast milk that way.... if you are going to formula feed instead, put cold cabbage leaves in your bra, take an antihistamine or get birth control pills with estrogen

If you wait it out your milk will stop coming in and dry up. If you pump you'll only be encouraging your body to make more milk.
