DO NOT TAKE A HOT SHOWER IT MAKES IT WORSE! IF YOU HAVE A PUMP PUMP ONLY A LITTLE BIT EVEN IF YOU ARENT BREASTFEEDING ITLL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER AFTER YOU PUMP THEN YOU DONT GOTTA PUMP ANYMORE. IT SHOULD DRY UP.

@january10th I think I read do not pump at all.. I don't have a pump anyway... but yea my Mom said take a bird bath ... I took a shower yest but shyt it's gonna hurt too much to take my bra off. so bird bath it is 😑😑

just be careful with the hot water I definitely makes worse I googled it, it said take a hot shower & next thing I know my shit is rock hard heavy as shit & painful as hell I could hardly feed my poor child

Yes, @january10th what she said. If u pump it will feel better. It's just when ur milk 1st comes in its a whole lot all at once. It feels much better when u get it out.

thats what happened to.they got real hard and were hurting.n mine didnt leak at all .but the doctor said to not stand directly under the hot waters in the shower.n to wear a really tight sports bra..it went away within a week..

@bronxmade I'm hoping mine go away too in a week... its been 2 days now.. yea I'm wearing a regular bra then a sports bra over... look like I'm a double D..this sports bra never fit before... now they are about to pop out. I was a C before pregnancy && I Want my C cup back

it should go away in a couple days..that was me.im a c and when i was pregnant i felt like they were hug.but after the milk dries up and they get soft again you will go back to your size..
