Pumped 7oz this morning no wonder why my boobs hurt so bad lol

@tashamagolan oh well all u can do is try but he's still young and his appetite will grow with him

@tosha6 I do all that but sometimes he just doesn't want to eat from both and stays asleep until I give him a bottle of 1oz cold breastmilk

@tashamagolan probably cause he was weighted on different scales but if his doc isn't worried then don't stress over it just make sure he's eating and before he falls asleep change his diaper and offer the other boob or just offer it I find diaper changes wakes them up better

@tosha6 at wic today he was 5lb 9oz. But at doc yesterday he was 5lb 10oz

@tosha6 it was the LC at the hospital not WIC, me and the 2 youngest have our wic appt this friday

@tashamagolan they give enfamil here and I never listen to WIC I go by what my kids doc says if the doc isn't worried then don't stress over it is he going to the bathroom enough is he gaining any weight even if it is slowly that's all things to consider

@tosha6 here wic let's us get the Gerber brand formula unless you have a prescription from a doctor for another kind

@tashamagolan and I know it's so expensive I dried up with my last around 9 months and decided to just buy his formula cause I don't like the kind WIC gives

@tosha6 I work but get to be off for 16 weeks and get paid for most of it. They wanted me to also give formula if I don't pump out enough milk. but I'm trying not to have to do that since it's expensive and wic won't give the extra stuff for breastfeed if I also use formula

@tosha6 I'm only having to pump after feeds per lactation consultant cuz he is slow gaining weight and isn't back to his birth weight yet

@tashamagolan ur getting a good amount especially for his age and ou k pumping after he eats

Wish I could pump that much. I barely get a total of 1.5 oz everytime I pump after a feeding

@denisse.m I have to pump cause I get to full plus she needs milk for when I'm at work

@tosha6, aw she’s such a good baby! I don’t pump but sometimes i get a blocked duct and omg that hurts so bad lol so i have no choice but to pump because my breast will be leaking like all day .

@denisse.m right I got 4oz yesterday but she also slept for 5h woke up ate a little slept for a couple more hours ate and she's still sleeping
