Using my Doppler to listen in to baba. Found it before and now I can't. I'm panicking big time now 😭
That's okay doll. Aww little rascal haha! Just saw you've got your gender scan this month, eeee exciting! I find out on Monday and I'm nervous! xx
Sorry @zoeleigh just seen this. I still can't find it lol. Must b hiding lol x
Please do not listen to the people telling you you shouldn't have one. Nobody has the right to tell you you shouldn't do this or shouldn't do that! 😐 We both heard our babies heartbeats weeks ago and it was strong so thats a load of rubbish. I find it immediately now because I can feel baby move and he/she is always on my right side but your baby could be hiding behind the placenta or just lying further back so it's harder to detect. Have a glass of water or something to eat, that worked for me! I know they are not recommended by midwives but then again it's our bodies, our babies and our decision! Sod what anyone else thinks 😂 xx
This is exactly why you shouldn't have one honey. Dopples should only be used by trained professionals. I didn't hear my baby's heartbeat until I was only 16 weeks pregnant as they aren't very strong. Plus it could of been your own heartbeat you heard or other body movements xx
mines always under my belly button try there and press in the baby might be in your back @mummy2be2016 xx
Sometimes when you get a heartbeat your baby wriggles about and you'll lose it. Mine does it all the time. And unless we are trained professionals then we know where to look at to get a consistent heartbeat. And it also depends on the doppler I guess. I had a listen this morning as baby was quieter than usual and I got a heartbeat for a few seconds and I left it at that cus it's not recommended to use the doppler for more than a minute at a time. xx
Lol, I'm paranoid enough without adding to it 🙈 x
I was told too but I don't listen half the time lol. X
I avoided getting one, as I knew it'd freak me out too much if I couldn't find it. I was more likely to find my own or the blood flow to the placenta (which sounds just like a babies heartbeat!). My midwife even told me not to get one lol x
I found it fine a few weeks ago then just tried there for 10-15 minutes and nothing. Il try what girls suggested snd retry later. If no il b phoning epas unit lol x
it's hard to find that early. with my first baby they checked heart beat at 16 weeks but when I had my second baby they had changed it to 28 weeks because they said that trying to find it so early causes more distress than anything. !
have a fizzy drink or something sweet. it is difficult to find it yourself as you can get false readings that's why midwives say not to do it at home. but don't panic, 😊 try again in a little while cx
I've found one but matches my own pulse so it's no baba. It's scary xx
Take a break have some water give it an hour try again I learnt the hard way with my Doppler it super difficult to find before 16 weeks even for a professional because I picked it up a few times I thought every time I couldn't find it someone was wrong I ended up putting it away the stress is far worse... I'm sure babys just hiding xx
Come on now y'all 🙄 #DoubleK #myfirstpost

I'm confused now lol
Lol. Now we can't screenshot on the app
