Anyone else have trouble feeding their newborn? Since yesterday I can get her to drink barely an ounce then next feed she'll eat 3 ounces. Last night she ate a whole 4 ounce bottle because she didn't eat much from the feed before... It's hard keeping her awake and when I get her somewhat alert she's not interested in her bottle... Idk what to do!
My baby is still on the size bottles that you get in hospital because the tete on the tommee tippee bottles (and any other bottle) is too big for her... but i think I need to get her on the normal bottles now but is she still to small? She’s just over 6 pounds 🤔... Or what is everyone else using to bottle feed baby at about that weight ?
Need advice, Scarlett is on gaviscon for her silent reflux and she has two sachets in a four ounce bottle like the doctor has told me to do, she feeds every 2-3 hours, the gaviscon has to be mixed into a four ounce bottle so how do I go about upping her feeds?!? MIL is telling me how hungry she is and needs more milk 🙄 need some help in this one x
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
My baby girl does not let me do anything all day 😭 I'm lucky if everything is done before my s.o gets home , she cried so I pick her up to feed her and change her diaper and once she's on my breast she eats and I burp her put her down and she'll cry I get her again and she's on my breast not even latched on just smelling my boobs 😭 I'm like girl really lmao she wants me to carry her or be with her all day , girl I wish I could lmao

I usually remove 3 weeks old baby's swaddle and pajama at night to keep him awake and change his diaper before feeding him the other breast.

@gorgeouslytannedmom, that's what I've been doing... Even thumping (gently) on her foot and rubbing her hands and back but I can't get her up and interested...

Could be that she doesnt like the bottles nipple. That happened to me when he was days old but things got better now. You are doing your best@sweetpea_nut , the baby is still learning from feeding and things will get better😉
