Yeah its a nightmare,!! It gets to the bottle like 3 oz left she can't get it out threw the tear it's to thick lol! So yeah definitely suggest maam and that's brilliant :D when your near finish phone them and ask to be percribed more they'll get it for you :) and no worries 😆😚 @mrsripper

No its Aptomil anti-relux from birth there's no number on it, it's normally walkway thick but leaving for 7 mins gets it even more thicker to help the relux keeps it in the stomach, I use mam bottles with number 3 teats on as there fast flow its so much easier for bubba to get milk put off x @mrsripper

Are you using the aptamil one ?? I didn't read that 😯😯 mines thick straight away even had to get cheap bottle because it wouldn't fit through tommee tippie fast flow teats @elliesedanniell

No, I didn't ask for it they told me they have it and percribed it to me sorry they couldnt find it for you but hope it hopes it's brilliant isn't it, I ly nightmare is that you've gotta wait 7 mins after making the bottle for it to thicken up but other than that it's brilliant x @mrsripper

Yeah go to the doctors and mention that he keeps throwing up and you think it's reflux theyll percribe you it :) cause it's hard to get it shops round my way, @mrsripper x

The doctors prescribe the anti reflux milk powder?? @elliesedanniell, I think my son may have silent reflux and didn't even know about it till my friend mentioned it today x

@hannah2310, go to aptomil anti relux or cow and gate anti relux which ever brand your on, go to the doctors they will percribe it for you, it helped amelia with her relux :)

I think the thickener will be the next step for me, so far the gavsicon is working but she get settled and then by the time she's asleep she's hungry again, I'm just glad that she isnt constipated xxx

I know my lovely it's such a pain. It was the same with me, the Gaviscon fixed the reflux but caused major constipation. Drove me mad it did. See how she goes with it. My son is not on any meds anymore, like @jod1303 said tried them all and nothing worked. I had a look online and saw really good reviews about C&G baby thickner. Spoke to the doctor and I get it on prescription now. Best thing I ever did. Thickens the milk, so the consistency of it stops the acid burn and sick coming up. Xxx

my son was 3 hourly even after i upped his feed but the gaviscon and ranitidin didnt completely cure his reflux. only got better wen i introduced solids xx

That's fab she hasn't become constipated on it hun. My boy when he was on it. Was on 6oz sometimes 7oz with two sachets and it still had the same effect with the reflux. Give it a go hun. Won't do any harm in trying and testing these things out xxx

I had the same problem. Couldn't figure it out. I just upped the milk anyway and still put the two sachets in. That's the only way I could even thing of doing it. Seemed impossible otherwise. Still had the same effect. How's she doing with her poo's. Are they okay? Xxx
